How to use your windows 7/vista driver to be get installed in windows 8 ?

Hi guys, last Sunday one of my friend came to me.I had given him a copy of trial windows 8 to try.He told me that windows 8 is not so good as he think .Then i asked him why he didn't like it.then he replied me that he didn't like it because he couldn't able to install many of his important  software in it Even he couldn't able to install some o his PC's driver in it.But I had its solution, actually i have already face this problem during migrating from windows vista to windows 7 for time.
And I think many of you also didn't knew about this so am going to share this simple but very useful trick to install your VISTA or XP drivers/softwares in window7 or windows 8.

How to install VISTA's or XP's drivers/softwares in window7 or windows 8 ?

In this tutorial i take example of installing windows vista driver in windows 7.

1. First Search for main setup.exe file of your Driver.(or setup of any other software).
2. right click on it.
   (if you directly going to install it,it will show error massage that its is not compatible with your new window.)
3. Open properties.
     
4. Click on compatibility.
5. Under compatibility mode mark "run this program in compatibility mode for".
   
6. A list will appear from windows 95 to the windows 7/Vista.
   
7. Just choose the operating system,for which driver or software is designed for.
8. Click OK.
9. Now simply double click on setup.exe and it will start executing & will be installed in few minutes.
