Why should you root your Android device ?

What’s up guys I am Sahil Sharma and today I am going to explain you the list of top ten reasons. Why you want to root your Android phone? But before I go into the list, I quickly want to go over what rooting actually means? Basically the word root comes from the LINUX terminology which refers to access or permission to be able to modify any file on the system.
Now I will explain you the reasons “Why to root your Android phone?”

2. Over Clocking:

It is the first and most exciting  feature of rooting the Android phone. It’s the ability to over clocking processors. Lot of sense the manufacturers who lead some performances what they ship on other phone. Weather they under check the phone’s processors. Basically over clocking is from 1GHZ to1.2/1.3 GHZ. Let’s you take the advantage of phones for potential obviously it might get some bad life but there is not any batter way to get better performance of your phone then to over clock the process do it self.

2. Wi-fi Tethering or USB Tethering:

Basically the ability to share your phone's internet or data plane knows as tethering. Now we know Android 2.3 and above has this ability built in but the career’s disable it and pay there monthly fee. When you root your phone bypass that being able to share your access with other devices without having to pay other than no data plane so it’s amazing feature.

3. Flash Kernels and ROM:

Overclocking your phone requires you to have a custom kernel flash in your phone. So my third reason to root your phone is the ability to flash custom kernels and also custom ROM.
Basically a custom kernel does what your phones overclocking processor and overclocking a lot of making the code a lot more fishing that you run walk with the same frequency or may even save frequency or may even save some battery life. A custom ROM you can do just like anything giving you features and may be even change the way your whole OS looks completely.

4. Customization:

It’s the ability to customize the phone. As you know Android have many customization apps at Play Store but when you root your phone it really takes customization ability to the next level. Giving you option to change your shutdown animation, change your pop-up animation, change the icons looks up on the notification bar and much more.

5. Early Updates:

My fifth reason to root Android phone is actually the reason why actually got rooting into the first place and that’s the ability to update the OS earlier than normally world. You can get the latest version updates 4-5 months before anybody else this so it is definitely a cool thing to being able to get the latest version of OS.

6. Remove Pre-Loaded Apps:

Rooting Android phone is the ability to remove bloat ware or pre-loaded apps. Now weather it’s a career branded app if you don’t want in your phone you can easily disable it after rooting.

7: Screenshots:

One more feature is added to the OS rooting i.e. you are being able to take screenshots. Most of the phone 2.3 or below did not have this ability to take screen shots. But after rooting you can take screen shot.

8: Root Only Apps:

Root only apps available at Google Play. There is much more apps that wipe out all the cache with one click. You don’t need to clear cache one by one app which is the great way to save a very much of internal storage. There is over 100 and more apps available at Play Store that give you ability of root access.

9. Having Better Backup:

Reason number nine for rooting your Android phone is having better backup. I know you can backup your contacts, your pictures, videos in your Gmail/yahoo account.
But with rooting you can backup that stuff too but also you can fully backup applications data for example: We had a game with highest score; if you backup your device through root your all data is restored. You actually keep your high scores whenever you flash your phone to new version.

10. Because you can:

Note: Obviously there are some drawbacks to rooting your phone. It avoids your manufacturing warrantee. And that’s a big issue for lots of people.
